We are looking for a Support Specialist ready to work in the time zone of Europe or Latin America! If you speak Japanese, are passionate about mobile games, and want to help our players solve technical issues, we are waiting for you!
Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support to our players
• Making fixes and helping players
• Collecting feedback, preparing reports, and passing them on to the project team
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Japanese (N2-N3 level)
• Responsibility and diligence
• Passion for mobile games
• Initiative and a desire to help people
• Interest in games
