We are looking for a Community Producer!

What you will do:

  • Promote the game across community platforms, analyze performance, and optimize strategies
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community management plan with key KPIs and reporting
  • Initiate and support communication with internal teams (product, marketing, support, etc.)
  • Conduct market research and identify community trends
  • Plan, create, and publish content across social media, websites, and newsletters
  • Provide technical briefs to graphic designers, animators, artists, and developers
  • Write engaging copy: social posts, articles, in-game updates, and fun community materials
  • Build direct communication with players in online channels
  • Facilitate constructive dialogue between the community and product team
  • Collect and relay feedback from players, communicating product vision clearly
  • Collaborate with moderators, content creators, brand ambassadors, and influencers
  • Monitor community sentiment and take action based on analytics and feedback
  • Organize and run surveys, share key insights with stakeholders
  • Contribute to player retention initiatives
  • Support or coordinate content production and community events (online or hybrid)

What we are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in community management
  • Understanding of community methodologies and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
  • Interest in mobile games and online communities
  • Experience with social platforms and community tools
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively

Any of the following is a plus:

  • Experience conducting surveys or market research
