We are looking for a Community Producer!

What you will do:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of an effective community management strategy
  • Maintain communication and develop strong relationships with the community through regular direct communication with players online
  • Maintain and initiate communication with internal teams
  • Collect and transmit necessary information and feedback from community members, convey the developer's vision to players
  • Plan and implement content for our social networks, websites, and email newsletters based on the strategy
  • Provide detailed technical specifications for graphic and motion designers, 2D artists, web developers, and front-end developers
  • Build relationships and interact with moderators, brand ambassadors, and creators of user-generated content
  • Organize various synchronous and asynchronous events for the community
  • Analyze the results of work and implement necessary changes

What we are looking for a candidate with:

  • - Good understanding of community management theories, methodologies, and ability to put them into practice 

    - Experience in managing communities and stimulating collaboration between their members

    - Experience in regular direct communication with online community members

    - Experience in resolving complex situations in communities

    - Experience in building an effective feedback channel between the community and the product

    - Strong written and oral communication skills

    - English proficiency at B2 level or higher

    - Interest in mobile games and online communities

    - Excellent time and priority management skills

Any of the following is a plus:

  • Experience in marketing, brand management, email marketing, and social media management

    Experience in contributing to community content such as videos, photos, and podcasts
