We are looking for a Community Producer!

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute a community strategy in collaboration with product and marketing teams
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, and provide reports
  • Maintain and utilize a knowledge base of best practices and methodologies, hypotheses
  • Collaborate with moderators, brand ambassadors, and user-generated content creators
  • Engage with the community and foster strong relationships
  • Research trends and competitors to implement effective community management
  • Analyze and collect relevant information about community members, understand players’ needs and sentiments, and effectively communicate information to relevant stakeholders
  • Create and plan content for our social media, websites and email newsletters
  • Provide detailed technical specifications for graphic and motion designers, 2D artists, and web and front-end developers
  • Create and publish social media posts, in-game news, informational articles, and entertainment materials
  • Organize various synchronous and asynchronous community events

What we are looking for:

  • Understanding of community management methodologies and practices
  • Community management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
  • Creative and unconventional approach
  • Interest in mobile games and online communities
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Copywriting abilities
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn diverse skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Any of the following is a plus:

  • Experience in marketing and social media management
  • Proficient in managing TikTok and YouTube pages, including conducting streams
  • Involvement in creating community content such as videos, photos, and podcasts
