Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze marketing data on user metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Working with marketing data and user logs: processing, analyzing, identifying patterns, drawing conclusions, and producing reports to make informed decisions for project improvement
- Code refactoring and development for both Frontend and Backend
- Participation in the development, implementation, and support of BI solutions:
- - Building ETL processes using internal and external data sources
- - Developing and supporting infrastructure for data storage and processing, including big data
- - Ensuring data completeness and availability for BI solutions
What you will do:
- Solve unique challenges and adopt new technologies
- Work with large volumes of unstructured data, building ETL pipelines, generating predictions, and implementing new technologies to develop reliable data marts for informed business decisions
- Evaluate advertising campaign effectiveness and optimize ad spend
- Automate technological and business processes for creative teams, streamline reporting for community teams, and develop in-house marketing tools to enhance department efficiency
To successfully complete these tasks you will need:
- Experience in marketing analytics, preferably in the gaming industry
- Knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and SQL
- Strong knowledge of Python, OOP
- Skills in working with BI systems (Tableau)
- English (B2 level or above)
It will be a plus:
- Experience with Linux OS (Debian/Ubuntu)
- Knowledge of version control systems and ability to work with them (git)
- Knowledge of Airflow for planning, monitoring, and managing workflows and data processing scenarios
