Responsibilities:

• Create bright and expressive 2D illustrations in a casual art style — characters, objects, icons, backgrounds, and promo art for advertising materials
• Collaborate with designers and producers to prepare art elements for creatives
• Adapt illustrations for various advertising formats and platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Applovin, etc.)
• Maintain a consistent visual style and high artistic quality at every stage of production

Requirements:

• Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of Blender (or other 3D software) as a supporting tool is a plus, but not required
• Good understanding of color theory, composition, rhythm, as well as confident handling of tone, lighting, and perspective
• Knowledge of anatomy and the ability to construct characters structurally
• Ability to adapt to different visual styles and follow a set artistic direction
• Proven experience in creating 2D casual-style illustrations: characters, props, environments, and narrative scenes
• Ability to create visually appealing and readable illustrations for promotional banners that match the project’s art style

Nice to have:

• Clean and well-organized PSD files (layered structure, animation-ready, team-friendly)
• Understanding of the specifics of visual content for game marketing, and the requirements for various graphic formats (static banners, icons, etc.)
• Basic English to navigate interfaces, guidelines, and tasks
• Interest in games and the visual style of popular titles
