We are looking for a Creative Producer with solid experience in mobile gaming advertising who will drive our creative and ASO strategies to support global product growth. This specialist will be fully responsible for planning, producing, testing, optimizing, and analyzing marketing creatives that help us scale effectively in international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and implement a full-cycle creative production strategy, including performance evaluation
  • Build, adjust, and execute ASO strategy for mobile gaming projects
  • Conduct performance analysis, reporting, and data-based decision-making for creatives and ASO
  • Lead the full process of ad creatives production: from ideation and concept writing to final delivery
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking for mobile gaming advertising
  • Track and adopt industry trends, new formats, and best practices in mobile advertising and content production

 Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer in mobile game advertising
  • Proven professional expertise in creative and ASO production
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience making independent decisions based on data and expertise
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Strong communication skills and leadership potential
  • High level of detail-orientation, accuracy, and self-discipline
  • Developed visual taste, creativity, and understanding of coherent style

Preferred:

  • Experience in classical marketing (brand, communications, or product marketing).
