We're looking for an experienced Ad Monetization Manager!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with our game teams to develop, implement, and refine systems for an advertising experience in our games
• Analyzing and sharing recommendations for ad placement and formats to continually enhance performance
• Work closely with game teams on the testing and implementation of networks
• Analyse and optimize advertising waterfalls, adjustments, and improvements, add new partners

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in ad monetization
• Comprehensive knowledge of ad monetization technology, tools, and systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working closely with both internal teams and external partners
• Previous experience collaborating with partners such as IronSource, AdMob, AppLovin, Unity, Vungle, etc.
• Focus on data-driven decision-making and recommendations
• English Proficiency upper-intermediate and higher
• A passion for gaming!

It will be a plus if you have:

• SQL, Tableau, and Python skills
• User Acquisition experience
