Key Responsibilities:
● Search for candidates by specified parameters around the world
● Screening candidates' resumes for key job requirements
● Conducting interviews
● Preparation of descriptions, formation of requirements and posting of vacancies
● Leading the candidate from the first contact to the offer and going to work
Requirements:
● English (Fluent)
● More than 2 years of experience in IT/Gamedev
● Knowledge of channels and search tools
● Understanding the specifics of recruiting in IT in general and in game development in particular (in the absence of experience in game development, interest in it)
● Grammatically correct speech
