The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides professional and personal assistance to the Chief Executive Officers enabling CEOs to focus on strategic directions. This role proactively organises and coordinates daily activities and priorities for the CEO with professionalism, flexibility, discretion and confidentiality

Goal & Objectives


  • Timeliness and effectiveness in supporting CEOs
  • Clear communication, both verbal and written
  • Timely completion of assigned tasks, demonstrating proactive problem-solving ability
  • Positive feedback from the CEO and other stakeholders on the effectiveness of support provided

Experience & Attributes


  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or related role, ideally supporting senior leadership
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. Google Suite, Slack etc)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Driver's license a requirement for errands, pick-ups/drop-offs

Responsibilities 

  • Assist CEO to keep organised by organising calendar and reminding him of things that needs to be done
  • Assist with administration as required
  • Coordinate personal or professional appointments, travel, and logistics, including family-related activities and events
  • Running errands
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including itineraries, transportation, accommodations, and
  • necessary documentation
  • Ensure travel complies with company policies and provides a smooth experience
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times concerning sensitive information
