We are actively looking for a Brand Manager for our Business Development Team in the USA! Reporting directly to the CBO, you will play a big role in driving brand awareness for our portfolio of mobile games. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classic brand management, creativity, and thinking out of the box!
Main goals and responsibilities include:
- Analyze markets, competitors, and target audiences to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and enter new markets
- Plan and optimize marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with teams and agencies to deliver effective marketing solutions
- Build and manage partnerships, negotiating and maintaining long-term collaborations
- Develop and uphold a cohesive brand strategy to enhance awareness and value
- Set KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for management
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams on cross-functional initiatives
Ideal Qualifications: - Proven experience in developing and executing brand growth strategies
- Experience in developing a global brand
- Strong negotiation skills for securing long-term partnerships
- Expertise in sales techniques and creating compelling proposals
- Knowledge of marketing frameworks (e.g., 4P, SWOT, PESTEL)
- Experience in media planning, advertising campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital), and performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
- Familiarity with design trends, UX principles, and content strategies
- Ability to plan and manage budgets effectively
- Skills in calculating key metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV)
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies like Agile and Scrum
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Basic knowledge of graphic editing tools (e.g., Figma, Canva) - Proactive, adaptable, goal-oriented
It will be a huge plus to have:
