Bootcamp 2025: Supporting Future Game Developers in Thailand

We’ve just wrapped up our very first Bootcamp 2025 internship at the Mytona Thailand office, and it’s been an exciting and rewarding journey 👏

Our goal was to create an internship program that would be both effective and inclusive — one where we could welcome as many students as possible without compromising the quality of the experience. This idea found strong support at Bangkok University. After promoting the program within the university, we were happy to see genuine interest from students. Four teams, each working on their own game projects, joined us — and we were pleasantly surprised by just how creative and promising their games already were.

And so our Bootcamp began. Over two months, we prepared a series of lectures and meetings covering every stage of the development cycle: from shaping a concept and market research to polishing the game and planning for promotion. We aimed not only to share knowledge, but to ensure it could be applied to the students' own projects. This way, the interns were able to improve their games based on the real experience and guidance of our Mytonians. Our team shared expertise from various areas — game design, analytics, QA, marketing, and more — while the students showed remarkable dedication and growth✨

We’re proud to have played a small part in their journey and wish all our graduates exciting career paths and successful game releases ahead. It was a true pleasure to support the next generation of game developers and contribute to the growing industry in Thailand 🌱
