From August 31 to September 2, Mytona team attended the annual New Zealand Game Developers Conference. The event this year was held in Takina, a brand new venue in Wellington. Mytona was a silver sponsor of the event, sponsored the afterparty and organised the traditional Quiet Space, where conference attendees could come and enjoy the silence in a cozy room between attending the various lectures and exhibitions that took place during these days. 

Our Mytonians also shared their expertise with conference attendees by giving talks on two topics relevant to the industry:

• Joseph Choi and Andre Gottgtroy, Game Designers "The Power of AI as a Game Designer's Toolkit"

• Rhea Ram, HR Advisor "Creating an Effective Hybrid and Remote Work Culture"

This year's event attracted around 1000 attendees not only from New Zealand but also from other countries around the world. Mytona has been one of the main sponsors of the event since 2019 and provides an annual chill out zone for conference attendees with activities and exclusive merch.
